Marcy Taylor was just a joy to work with from start to finish. We had been hoping to relocate to the area for over a year and reached out to a couple agencies in the area who never took us seriously and did not respond. Marcy responded to our inquiry - understood that we were taking our time, but still immediately got to work for us.

Her approach is friendly, not pushy, and always consistent with follow ups. Always available by phone or text, Marcy was very patient with our indecisiveness (do we want land, or a home, or both?), easily adjusting and responding to our needs. We were relocating from another state, and had lots of questions about the area. She did her research and answered all our questions thoroughly throughout the process. In the end, we found exactly what we were looking for, and we're happy with our overall experience. Marcy has a great personality, a fantastic sense of humor and was very easy to work with. We would definitely recommend Marcy, and already have!

She was very personable, seemed genuinely interested in helping, and worked hard to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Marcy also made sure all the contract terms were met prior to closing. She is simply a phenomenal broker. I will certainly recommend her to family and friends, and ask for her assistance if we consider future purchases.
